My Favorite Chicken Adobo

          Filipinos are  known as one of  the best cook in the world.Most  foreigners loves to eat Filipino cuisine cause they believed that our cuisine is very different from them .

         Chicken Adobo is one of the best Filipino cuisine that we love most. It is a recognized viand from Philippines. Its ingredients are very simple but the taste is very delicious which foreigners won't forget.Several sources who are experts in Asian food history say that the Filipinos were already cooking adobo even before Spanish colonization. According to them, cooking with vinegar preserves the meat. This method is also considered as one of the earliest food preservation practice.

       It is cooked in different ways like chicken adobo with butter, chicken adobo with garlic and butter and so on. Also some are using 7 up or sprite in cooking adobo to make it sweeter.
